Collision Technician | Body Repair & Paint Prep

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour (DOE)

Next 2 New Auto Sales is looking for a dependable Collision Technician with hands-on experience in body repair, vehicle disassembly and reassembly, and paint preparation. What You'll Do

• Perform minor collision and body repairs
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair
• Remove and install body panels, bumpers, lights, trim, and interior components
• Complete sanding, masking, and paint preparation
• Perform paint touch-ups and assist with basic refinishing
• Identify damaged parts and organize hardware for efficient reassembly
• Follow repair procedures to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to complete repairs on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Experience in collision repair, auto body repair, or vehicle restoration
• Experience with vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Knowledge of sanding, paint prep, and finishing support
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using hand tools and air tools
• Ability to follow repair procedures and work independently
• Welding experience is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality

Pay & Benefits
