Next 2 New Auto Sales is seeking an energetic, motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a relaxed, customer-focused environment with a strong selection of used vehicles and a steady flow of loyal repeat customers.

We are looking for consistent, driven professionals who are confident in their ability to close deals, build relationships, and achieve monthly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing used vehicles
  • Build strong relationships with new and returning customers
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Present vehicle options, features, and financing opportunities
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure dealership success

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous automotive or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident phone and in-person sales ability
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to close sales
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
